Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Caravan Competitions Community app and online community (the "Community"), run by Caravan Competitions, Verlent House, Cracknore Hard Lane, Marchwood, Hampshire SO40 4UT ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can join. You must be 18 or over.
2. What the Community is for. News, announcements, live draw streams, winner announcements and conversation between members.
3. Your account. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content. You must not post anything abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, misleading or spam, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. You must not harass other members or share their personal information.
5. Reporting and blocking. Every post and comment can be reported, and you can block any member. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or remove the members who posted it.
6. Your content. You keep ownership of what you post but give us permission to display it within the Community. We may remove any content at any time.
7. Moderation. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Availability. We provide the Community as is and may change or stop it at any time.
9. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for content posted by other members or for any loss arising from use of the Community.
10. Competitions. Any competitions mentioned in the Community are run by Caravan Competitions under the official rules published on our website. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any competition in any way.
11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy

Caravan Competitions is the controller of personal data collected through the Community app. Contact: [email protected], Verlent House, Cracknore Hard Lane, Marchwood, Hampshire SO40 4UT.

What we collect: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number and profile photo; the posts, comments and reactions you make; device and usage data needed to run the app and send push notifications.

Why: to create and run your account; to send you community notifications and updates (you can turn push notifications off in your phone settings); to keep the Community safe and moderate content; and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with: the platform providers who host the app and community on our behalf (including Reffle and HighLevel), app store providers (Apple and Google) and push notification services. We never sell your data.

Where: data may be processed outside the UK by our providers under appropriate safeguards.

How long: while your account is active, and up to 12 months after you close it unless we need to keep it longer by law.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile, then Settings, then Delete account) or by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children: the Community is for adults aged 18 and over only.

Caravan Competitions runs the Community and is responsible for it. Reffle provides and hosts the app for Caravan Competitions and processes personal data only on its instructions.
